We here at Brighton Vineyard believe that prayer is a fundamental part of Christian life, we are in a relationship with God who first loved us and sent His son to die for us. Prayer is a way to communicate, develop and maintain that relationship, it builds our friendship with God and the more time we spend with Him and ask Him to influence our lives the more we become like Him. Jesus throughout the gospels often went off somewhere quiet to pray to seek His Father’s will and ask for His presence to be with Him. Luke 5:16. Also Paul in his letters encourages us to pray. Colossians 4:2-3
If you have any prayer requests then please contact our Prayer Co-ordinator at the Church Office. There are a team of people in the Church who are committed to praying for your requests, standing alongside you to intercede. “Hear my prayer, O Lord; let my cry for help come to you. Do not hide your face from me when I am in distress. Turn your ear to me; when I call, answer me quickly.” Psalm 102:1-2
